uncharted_4_gameplayThe wait for Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End, or Nathan Drake’s swan song, has been at at times unbearable. Now that its oft-delayed release is just around the corner, Naughty Dog is really starting to show the game off. After a series of trailers focusing on the story of the game, this 16 minute clip shows us just how massive┬áDrake’s last adventure is going to be.

The┬ábig takeaway here is just how huge the world is. The driving mechanic urges exploration and the game seems to be as open world as you can get without ruining the tight narrative – you’re rewarded for diverting from the path and taking time to look around. The combat is a streamlined as ever, but the level of choice has been punched up. You can mark enemies now, and choose between stealth or full on assault – these new additions look exciting, and are bound to make each replay and setpiece feel new.

Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End is out globally, May 10.
