With How to Destroy Angels’ brilliant Welcome Oblivion releasing today, it’s just the right time to take a look at the man behind it’s inane visuals. That man of course is Rob Sheridan, long time NIN art director and collaborator with Trent Reznor. For the new HDA art, Sheridan took his experimentation with glitch art to the next level, this time creating everything analog by disrupting signals through tape display equipment. The series below, entitled analog(one) is the first of an ongoing series and are offshoots from Sheridan’s work on the HDA album.

If you like what you see, hi-res wallpapers are available already available at Sheridan’s website with prints to follow shortly.
