And this is one of the coolest poster series’ I’ve seen in a while. Artist Sveta Shubina specializes in pulpy, pin-up type art, and has translated this amazing aesthetic to some of our fave cult classics. You’ll notice that she focuses on the women, celebrating their iconography while also empowering their sexuality. Fury Road, Escape from New York, Big Trouble in Little China, Death Becomes Her, Evil Dead and more – as a whole, it’s pretty cool to look back at these films and see how all of these women stand on their own.
