Black Dragon Press has unveiled Victo Ngai’s next Kieslowski print, and it’s for the film White. The middle film of Kieslowski’s Three Colors Trilogy is the lightest of the bunch, but still cuts deep with its emotion and ideas. Ngai’s smartly taken an understated scene from the film to relate its protagonist’s fractured life and his struggle to move forward. It’s a beautiful composition that is airy and expansive, a fitting tribute to the heady film.
