borrowed_time_2The folks at Pixar are masterful storytellers who channel intense emotions to make us feel the breadth of human experience. This focused short film, Borrowed Time, is even further proof of how talented the team is. It was created by co-directors Andrew Coats and Lou Hamou-Lhadi, who hashed the film out over a period of 5 years, in between their work on films like Inside Out and Brave.

The short is about finding the strength to move on after tragedy, and features a beautiful score from Gustavo Santaolalla. via
