Francis Ford Coppola’s last two films, Twixt and Distant Vision, have attempted to break free of Hollywood norms, seeking alternate ways to expand narrative as we know it. His latest venture, is continuing to break free of the medium, turning his gaze to a video adaptation of Apocalypse Now. The game is seeking funding to maintain creative vision, and promises to put you in Captain Willard’s shoes through an intense horror survival campaign. Tension is being teased as the main element, and the game’s developers boast key members from titles such as Fallout: New Vegas, Wasteland 2, Far Cry and more.
As usual, there are tons of incentives, with a digital version of the game available for just $35. Hit up the Kickstarter for more info.
